Well Hello.

Between these two, I now felt I had to choose. My two natures had memory in common, but all other faculties were most unequally shared between them. Jekyll (who was composite) now with the most sensitive apprehensions, now with a greedy gusto, projected and shared in the pleasures and adventures of Hyde; but Hyde was indifferent to Jekyll, or but remembered him as the mountain bandit remembers the cavern in which he conceals himself from pursuit. Jekyll had more of a father's interest; Hyde had more of a son's indifference. To cast in my lot with Jekyll, was to die to those appetites which I had long secretly indulged and had of late begun to pamper. To cast it in with Hyde, was to die to a thousand interests and aspirations, and to become, at a blow and forever, despised and friendless. The bargain might appear unequal; but there was still another consideration in the scales; for which Jekyll would suffer smartingly in the fires of abstinence, Hyde would be not even conscious of all that he had lost. Strange as my circumstances were, the terms of this debate are as old and commonplace as man; much the same inducements and alarms cast the die for any tempted and trembling sinner; and it fell out with me, as it falls with so vast a majority of my fellows, that I chose the better part and was found wanting in the strength to keep to it.

Do I really?

Androgynous Asexuality

Thou art a joke
Of all the beauty
Of all the constellations
A blush to last a lifetime

A touch to change a face to puce
Squared, wholesome, perfect,
flawlessly narrow in the middle
a contrasted hourglass
a broken telegraph
a handsome hologram
two jugs of blueberry jam
Artificial genuity packed with a punch
New human, fresh generation.

Sorry is a new beginning.

Paralytic.

Rockfest on Tues, absolutMadness, though I was extremely sane and my lenses were so terribly blur I just saw silhouettes. Hahaha, shirt-throwing and bottle-throwing (Faiz that's the lamest thing you've done, ever, seriously hahaha) Josh and Alv, the only people I possibly came for to support did well. Haha Alv's still a joker, I feel. But I like their rendition Rufio's In My Eyes.

Best CT period so far on Thurs which sort of reminded me of early '08 orientation days. School's been awfully overkilling the entire environmental-conservative attitude with huge stuff all arranged for SR's Earth Week (Ok I didn't know it had a name until... yesterday.) Rockfest, Eco bags and more stuff which I can't, and don't really want to remember anyway. Al's damn funny, I'm actually still thinking about her kaya joke. Goes something like that: "You can have ten bottles of Kaya, but only One Gaya." K but the environmental effort was pretty sweet I guess. Dinner with Cher just outside my place, in max. fugliness, and Debra/Monica came to visit me for a while haha, embarrassing - AND I bumped into 3 sec sch mates with their new age funky hairs. Me in my fugliness, yes. But ok whatever, thought it was nice to see familiar faces. Life's getting hard, we're so old now. I miss all the drama of chinese lessons - Thet, Mel, Lyd and I getting scolded for being uncooperative haha.

SR Olympics today - pretty much sports day, but I suppose on a grander scale, with Olympic torch all. (Okay I was seriously staring at the olympic torch and the later olympic bowl of fire and watching the soot, and murmuring how Earth Week's efforts were presently getting completely cancelled out, but well that's just my POV.) Haha, awesome weather for a swim, but NO, I was trapped in school with no food. Haha. Bummed around a lot, played Taboo. Anyway the girls signed up for basketball and 30x200 but you know what we didn't get to participate in either! Ok so basketball we got like obliterated cos we missed trials, haha, we didn't even know when was it actually hahaha. And for 30x200, which Ms L. dragged my pe class to go - She didn't even submit our names apparently hahahaha. Anyway I thought the entire 30x200 idea was amusing. A good way to include the masses, had some super-annoying joggers though, who obviously weren't thinking team effort, geez. Hahaha, but alright, Olympics was alright, lunched with the girls minus Abelle & Alph, and home for a gooooooood bath.

Sorry Cher/JH didn't get to meet up for some shopping, and Debra/LiAn, for not being able to see you guys much this week. Massive love from the sloth in gardens. <3 Byeee, and here's some photos from sunday lunch anyway.

Yes, everybody, I have a sense of humour. :)

Baby Blossoms

A letter to my daughter's best friend
Pink blossom, you are a pretty wad of dust
Dull as a brilliant purple, dull as a sort of Jane
You stretch your hand toward me and I look upon it
It is a hand to be shaken;
You are a beautiful sort
of smiling miracle
Day-to-day, only you do cheer my stiffness
Alive.
Come along, live here.
I need your smile, I need your smile.
Your laugh, is a joy to hear, a wondrous music to my ears.
I wish you'd be mine, I wish you'd be mine.
